Last weekend we headed up to the Skagit River to see the Bald Eagles as the migrate.
Thank goodness for photo editing because you couldn't see the Eagle before.
It was also determined that I need a good book on using my camera and a bigger lens.
It is amazing to see these majestic birds when you least expect them.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I need a more powerful lens too... but I think since it seems an iPad is going to be my Valentine, I'll have to wait and try for birthday. Remind me, will you?!

Those giant birds are magnificent! We have a hawk living in our yard, and he sits in trees just like your eagle.
ReplyDeleteAnd it's hard to get a picture of a bird in a tree, because the sky causes backlighting, so you don't get detail on the front of the object. That's OK, your silhouette is wonderful!
