Shawl Love

A sweet young thing that I've known since she was in middle school is getting married next month.

I offered to knit her a shawl and found a lovely pattern on Rav.

She said yes!

She came over on Sunday and picked it up.

She plans to drape it over her shoulders for the 'get-away.'

There will be more photos of her with her dress and shawl.

But mostly - she'll bunch it up and wear it as shown above.

Young cute girls - they can get away with so much, can't they?

Pattern:  laminaria

With mods per:  Little Green Dragon (deets on Rav)

Yarn:  Rowan Kidsilk Haze

Needle:  US6 / 4.00 mm

Time Frame:  March 12 - 31, 2013
