  3. I think if I hung laundry outside here, it would burn up into dust and blow away.

You know what I'm thankful for this week... Samba's recovery!

  5. A rainbow of socks in the back yard!

My father refused to buy a clothes dryer until I left for college, and I was required to do all the laundry. So I hate clothes lines. Too many winters spent wrangling frozen underwear and stuff.

  6. Loving the socks on the line !

As lame as it sounds, I'm thankful for a busy week at work this week - The company I work for has been too quiet for much too long - fingers crossed for some possible contracts to come our way.

  7. For life! And on a less grandiose level--after three weeks of buying part by part by mail, a working dishwasher at long last. Never enjoyed doing dishes so much! And for a parts place that takes back the ones that didn't do it.

  8. What a pretty sight! You have reminded me of the name my Folks (and self) had for some neighbours in the early 1980s, before we got to know them. You see they used two clothes pegs (pins) for every sock, so we called them the "two pegs sock men"!

It wasn't long before we found we had two really great neighbours, Norman and John. I house and cat sat for them back in 1989 - a joy because of their British Blue/Grey cat, Billy Bunter.

Sending much care and many huggles to you and JB, and the lovely, huggable hounds, Michelle and Zebby xxx and purrrumbles

I appreciate you coming to see me. It may take me a bit to publish your comment - but I will get to them by the end of every day. If you leave a way for me to get back to you, I will. Thanks for taking the time to comment and share your opinions. g
